Job description

The Rapid Response Team Manager leads the Rapid Response function supporting the North America Small Business organization. This role is responsible for ensuring fast, high-quality engagement on time-sensitive leads while driving consistent execution, team performance, and continuous improvement.

The manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure the team operates as an effective coverage layer that drives pipeline and revenue impact.
