About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of ZOLL’s resuscitation products, services, and solutions across Hospitals, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and Public Safety segments. This role will provide strategic insight into sales and marketing initiatives, identify new growth opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to expand market presence and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Essential Functions

  • Execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives

  • Develop and manage territory plans using structured calling systems

  • Promote products directly to healthcare professionals, hospital staff, military personnel, EMS, and PAD segments

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and create market demand

  • Conduct market research and support evaluations of new products

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts

  • Drive marketing strategies in alignment with overall business goals

  • Collaborate with marketing partners to develop initiatives that accelerate growth

  • Monitor performance against strategic objectives, analyze market trends, and identify competitive advantages

  • Deliver regular, structured reporting and maintain accurate records using Salesforce.com

  • Lead and support teams to achieve defined market and revenue targets

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • University degree or equivalent qualification

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, preferably in equipment sales and business development

  • Proven experience selling into hospitals, EMS, or public safety sectors preferred

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams to achieve targeted market goals
