INV DevOps Engineer Specialist - Project Description & Agent Profile

Target Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or cloud platform roles.
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams to gather technical requirements for cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and their core services (IAM, VPC, compute, storage, and networking).

• Infrastructure usage Patterns Identification: Identify common patterns of infrastructure usage and propose standardized, scalable solutions in major cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
• IaC Implementation: Translate requirements into reusable Terraform templates to support infrastructure provisioning and version-controlled deployments.

What You’ll Do:

Operating between engineering teams and cloud operations, you’ll ensure infrastructure is delivered efficiently and meets technical needs. You’ll identify recurring infrastructure patterns, generate documented best practices, and optimize provisioning through infrastructure-as-code. The project will enable scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud environments that empower teams to move faster.

We offer a pay range of $30+ per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
