Job description

Were looking for a self-motivated intern to join Bali Jobs Recruitment by Claire Tomkins. If you're interested in starting a career in HR or recruitment, this is a great opportunity to learn directly from our team and gain real experience working with global clients in the luxury hospitality industry.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll help us find and connect with talented candidates. You'll start by sourcing profiles, screening applications, and building your professional network while learning how recruitment works behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise job vacancies across job boards, email campaigns, and social media
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Research companies, roles, and industry sectors
  • Maintain and update the company database
  • Collect and verify references
  • Communicate with candidates via phone and email
  • Support candidate sourcing initiatives
  • Assist in screening resumes from our talent database
  • Schedule interviews and calls
  • Conduct initial phone screenings
  • Manage calendars for the hiring team and candidates
  • Use recruitment software to track open roles
  • Send bulk emails and assist with documentation (e.g., offer letters)
  • Coordinate background checks
  • Join candidate interviews with clients
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements

  • Personal laptop and stable internet connection from your home office
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Availability to work remotely, Monday–Friday, 12:00 – 20:00 WIB
  • Available from February 1, 2026

What You'll Get

  • USD 100 monthly allowance
  • USD 50 commission for each successful placement, plus an additional USD 50 for managerial roles and above
