Requirements:

Support recruitment and HR administrative functions, including preparing and organizing new hire documentation and contracts
Assist in onboarding for new employees and maintain accurate employee records (personal details, attendance, leaves, etc.)
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies via email, chat, or calls and monitor feedback to improve HR processes
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; support the HR team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

We are expanding and looking for a dedicated HR Admin to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position, and candidates must be based in Kuching.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the recruitment and administrative functions within the HR department:

Assist in preparing and organizing new hire documentation, contracts
Support in the onboarding process for new employees
