A well-established and fast-growing regulated company in Limassol is looking to hire a Compliance Officer to strengthen its compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, international environment within a highly regulated sector.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and regulatory bodies, ensuring the company remains fully compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
Support AML/KYC processes, including client onboarding and ongoing monitoring
Prepare compliance reports and documentation for management and regulators
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required
Identify compliance risks and escalate issues appropriately
Stay up to date with regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business
Previous experience in a Compliance Officer or similar compliance-related role
Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and regulatory frameworks
Experience within regulated industries (e.g. FinTech, FX, Payments, iGaming, Financial Services) will be considered an advantage
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
Fluent in English (Greek is considered an advantage)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
