About the Role

Masai School, in academic collaboration with a premier institute, is seeking a Teaching Assistant (AI/ML – Hindi) to support its online Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning program.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about AI/ML education, mentoring learners, and simplifying complex technical concepts in Hindi. The Teaching Assistant will play a key role in improving learner outcomes through doubt-solving, academic support, and continuous engagement.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Doubt-Solving & Tutorial Support

• Conduct or moderate weekly doubt-solving and Q&A sessions in Hindi.

• Explain AI/ML concepts, assignments, and coding problems clearly to learners.

• Support tutorial sessions by reinforcing concepts taught by faculty.

Q&A and Discussion Forum Support

• Provide timely and accurate responses to learner queries via forums, chats, or LMS.

• Assist learners in debugging Python code and ML workflows.

Academic & Research Support

• Support the academic team with real-world AI/ML use cases, tools, and trends.

• Help learners understand practical trade-offs in model selection and evaluation.

Learner Engagement & Feedback

• Encourage participation through continuous feedback and guidance.

• Track learner progress and escalate blockers to cohort managers.

• Share learner feedback to improve content clarity and course delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Must-Have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

• Strong understanding of:

  • Data preprocessing

  • Supervised & unsupervised learning

  • Model evaluation techniques

  • Basics of deep learning

• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as:

  • NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn

  • TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic support

• Fluency in Hindi 

Good to Have

• Exposure to model deployment or production ML

• Familiarity with Jupyter, Git, and LMS platforms

• Educational background from a reputed engineering or AI/ML program

Engagement Details

• Time Commitment: 6–8 hours per week

• Mode: Fully remote

• Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
