  • Travel Planning and Booking: Researching and booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services; creating detailed itineraries; ensuring bookings are confirmed and documented.
  • Customer Service: Providing support before, during, and after trips; addressing travel-related issues or emergencies; offering recommendations for travel safety and enjoyment.
  • Vendor Relations: Establishing and maintaining relationships with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel service providers; negotiating rates and terms with vendors to secure the best deals for clients.
  • Administrative Tasks and Sales: Managing travel documentation (visas, passports, insurance), payments, invoices, refunds, and maintaining accurate records; promoting travel packages and meeting sales targets.
