Sales Force Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform best practices, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura

• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation

• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using CI/CD best practices

• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with Salesforce standards

• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance optimization

• Prepare technical documentation and support user training when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce

• Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)

• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and data migration

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II) – preferred

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
