Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of Oracle HCM/ERP/SCM cloud implementation experience with hands-on exposure to Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, GL, AP, AR, Projects, and Procurement
  • Hands-on experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and File Based Data Integration (FBDI)
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, XML, Web Services, and APIs (SOAP/REST); familiarity with BI (FDI/OAC) is desirable
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to formulate business and technical requirements and drive solution delivery aligned to business goals; ability to work nontraditional client hours

Requirements:

  • Lead and contribute to end-to-end Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM/SCM Cloud implementations, delivering business-aligned solutions
  • Collaborate with functional consulting staff on Baker Tilly engagement teams to implement Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM/SCM Cloud solutions
  • Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into solution designs; develop processes and methodologies to guide delivery
  • Perform hands-on configuration and development using HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, FBDI, Fast Formulas, and integration techniques; support client demands including nontraditional hours as needed

Core Skills:

Oracle HCM/ ERP/ SCM cloud implementation experience, with a strong preference of hands-on experience with one or more of the modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Performance management, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, GL, AP, AR, Projects, Procurement
Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, FBDi (File Based Data Integration)
Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
Hands-on formulation of business and technical requirements to set the direction for corresponding solution delivery aligned to business goals
Must be willing to work nontraditional business house for client demands

Nice to Have Skills:

Minimum of three (3) years of Oracle HCM/ ERP/ SCM cloud implementation experience, with a strong preference of hands-on experience with one or more of the modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Performance management, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, GL, AP, AR, Projects, Procurement
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, XML, Web Services, APIs (SOAP/ Rest), Business Intelligence (FDI/ OAC) is preferable.
Previous related industry and consulting experience in competing product sets along with a minimum of 1-year of hands-on cloud experience may be entertained (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.)
Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required
Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning
Apply technical knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with functional consulting staff on Baker Tilly engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven Oracle HCM/ ERP/EPM/SCM Cloud solutions
