Job description

Part of Professional Services, you will be an integral member of the team, assisting Senior and Principal Consultants with critical, behind-the-scenes support on client implementation projects. Duties initially will include performing data imports, building saved searches and custom workflows, plus some configuration tasks for setup of custom fields/custom records.

Minimum of 3-5 yrs of hands-on experience in configuration and/or administration of NetSuite.
Has hands-on experience with cash and close product.
Exceptional oral and written communications skills in English, fluency in Spanish is also a plus
Ability to establish credibility & foster collaborative relationships across functional and geographically dispersed teams
Understanding of NetSuite workflows, and scheduled scripts preferred
Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelines preferred

Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite Import/Export functionality (and related mapping functionality).

Experience with or knowledge of NetSuite Record to Report, Inventory Module and Order to Cash processes is essential. Experience with NetSuite Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module is preferred.

CPA preferred and/or Accounting/Finance background.
