Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of Oracle EPM applications, functionalities, and configuration across EPM products
  • Proficiency in Groovy scripting and REST APIs for EPM automations
  • Experience with FCC and Task Manager including intercompany, data consolidation, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and workflows
  • Experience with Cloud Planning (Financials, Workforce, Capital) and Account Reconciliation Cloud (templates, matching rules, adjustments, reconciliations)

Requirements:

  • Configure and maintain EPM environments: metadata, data forms, management reports, dashboards, navigation flows, and member formulas
  • Build Data Management integrations to load metadata and data
  • Develop Groovy scripts and REST API integrations to automate EPM tasks
  • Support and implement planning, reconciliation, and close processes across EPM modules (Cloud Planning, FCC, PCM, Narrative Reporting)

Core Skills in common EPM Functionality (Below is the same across all EPM products):

Create and maintain metadata

Build Data MGMT integrations to build Metadata and load data

Data forms, MGMT Reports, Dashboards, Navigation Flow, Member Formulas

Groovy Scripting/ REST API

Knowledge in EPM Products: strong understanding of the EPM applications, its functionalities, and configuration

FCC and Task Manager (Inter company, data consolidation, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and workflows)

Cloud Planning - Financials, Workforce, Capital

Account Reconciliation Cloud: reconciliation templates, matching rules, adjustments, reconciliations.

PCM: Allocations Rules and Rulesets

Narrative Reporting

Key Functional Skills:

Accounting/FP&A Knowledge: solid foundation in accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS)

Revenue and Expense budget models

Financial Close and Budget processes
