Bachelor Degree in Management/Business Administration/Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Strong leadership, and project management skills
Good English communication skills and computer literacy (MS Office, internet and email)
Requirements:
Analyze training needs with the head of department, develop training curriculum/materials, and prepare and present the training budget for approval before delivery
Coordinate outsourcing agencies to conduct internal trainings; conduct training assessments and track results to ensure employees apply what they learned
Assist the head of department in developing and updating company policies and procedures in compliance with HR standards, laws and regulations; conduct orientation and communicate updates to employees
Oversee employee engagement initiatives, manage operational HR issues, supervise the team to meet KPI targets, and perform other tasks as assigned by the head of department

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and discuss the training need basing on current situation with head of department to identify and develop the training curriculum and training material for employees
Prepare training budget and make presentation the plan to head of department before delivery training Coordinate outsourcing agencies to conduct internal training for employees
Conduct training assessment and tracking on the result after training deliver to ensure employee understand and could apply what they have learnt into working place
Assist head of department to develop company policies and procedures in compliance with HR standard practices, laws and regulation.
Be the focal person to conduct orientation, communicate the update/new rule and regulation to employees to ensure employees have understand and implement the rule
Discuss with head of department to revise HR procedures and forms fit to current need to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in company
Create attractive employee engagement or any campaigns to engage employees within working place
Manages and supports operational issues related to employees
Supervise on team to ensure they have delivered the task basing on their KPI and with effectiveness
Other task assigned by head of departments
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/ Business Administration/Human Resources or related field
A minimum of 3 years working experiences in HR field
Proven to work independent, less supervision and be able to work under pressure, quick learner, dynamic, team spirit and flexible
Strong leadership, creative with innovation- Strong analytical and project management skills
Confident and dynamic personality
