Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute Pathmazings technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive the innovation and technical excellence of the companys products and services.

System Architecture: Design and implement scalable and secure system architectures, ensuring the reliability and performance of all technology products and services.

Leadership & Team Management: Lead a dynamic team of developers, engineers, and other technical professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, focusing on growth and professional development.

Product Development & Innovation: Manage the development of innovative products like our tourism super app, employee engagement app, and other in-house projects. Constantly improve and iterate on existing products based on user feedback, emerging technologies, and business needs.

Business Alignment: Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions that contribute to the companys strategic goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between business and technology objectives.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. Ensure that external solutions meet the companys quality standards and business needs.

Risk Management & Compliance: Implement best practices in security, risk management, and compliance to safeguard the companys technology infrastructure and sensitive data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive Experience: At least 8-10 years in technology roles, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technology teams and projects. Experience in designing and implementing scalable system architectures is a must.

Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Technical Expertise: Solid experience in system design, development, and implementation across a wide range of technologies. Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud computing, mobile applications, and other emerging technologies.

Business & Technical Alignment: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technology solutions, ensuring that technology strategies support organizational goals.

Innovation & Problem Solving: Ability to drive technological innovation, solve complex problems, and ensure that the companys technology products meet both current and future business needs.

Education & Certifications: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Relevant certifications are a plus.
