Responsibilities

Analyze and improve on-site coating process issues.
Collect and analyze data on various indicators of the coating process.
Responsible for the approval/implementation of coating process improvement projects.
Develop coating schemes and packaging protection plans.
Introduce and promote new technologies, materials, and processes in coating.

Requirements

Prior experience in metal corrosion prevention preferred;
Over 15 years of work experience, with international crane coating experience in the leading international companies;
Experience in coating line planning, quality improvement in coating processes, and involvement in large-scale coating reforms within companies;
