Responsibilities

Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and offering competitive products and solutions to customers.
Participate in project analysis and assist sales personnel in effective communication with clients to facilitate smooth project execution and collect user requirements.
Regularly provide technical training to sales, customer, or partner.
Match marketing needs and plan exhibitions, forums, and PowerPoint presentations to enhance company branding.
Participate in annual overseas exhibition layout and take care of personnel and expenses.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in PV and energy storage inverter technical support works.
Familiarity with project management processes to drive end-to-end project execution.
Fluent communication skills, excellent written expression abilities, and the capacity to produce various types of documents. Strong observational skills and adaptability are essential qualities along with a high level of enthusiasm for work and a cooperative team spirit.
Native speakers with proficient English skills.
