Roles & Responsibilities

  • 360 Recruitment / Recruitment-to-Recruitment (R2R) experience in UK/USA markets
  • Proven track record in agency recruitment with strong placements or billings
  • Self-driven, career-focused with the ability to work in a fully remote, flexible environment and act with a partner mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service- and people-focused approach and a strong personal brand

Requirements:

  • Operate as a partner-level recruiter in a fully remote setup, driving new business development and client relationships in UK/USA R2R markets
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for 360 rec roles, from search to placement, ensuring high-quality candidates and a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network and employer brand, collaborating with directors to support growth and brand perception
  • Deliver a high-value, service-focused recruitment solution, collaborating with the team to scale the practice and achieve growth targets

Senior Recruitment Consultant 

Fully Remote 

We are on the hunt for an experienced level recruitment consultant coming with a background within Recruitment Agency 360 | Recruitment to Recruitment | R2R 

A recruitment agency opportunity to join a successful company as partner member and absolutely key player within what will always be a FULLY REMOTE FLEXIBLE business
