Requirements:

  • Actively contribute to the record to report process as part of the corporate accounting team.
  • Prepare financial statement workpapers and reconciliations for timely month/quarter/year-end close.
  • Use accounting tools such as FloQast, NetSuite, Zip, and bank portals for close procedures; respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the close process.
  • Lead or assist on special projects as needed (e.g., compliance filings, entity setup, system implementation, process memoranda, etc.).

  • Actively contribute to, and participate in, the record to report process as part of the corporate accounting team.
  • Prepare financial statement workpapers and reconciliations for accurate and timely completion of month/quarter/year-end close.
  • Work within clearly defined responsibilities, processes, documentation and controls.
  • Take the initiative to identify variances and propose solutions.
  • Work closely with the financial statement workpaper reviewer to close out reviewer and preparer comments timely.
  • Use Accounting tools such as FloQast, NetSuite, Zip, and bank portals for relevant close procedure purposes.
  • Respond to, and prioritize, internal and external inquiries regarding the close process.
  • Lead or assist on special projects as needed (e.g. compliance filings, entity set up, system implementation, process memorandum, etc.).
  • Proficient with MacBook laptop
  • Strong accounting knowledge/experience
  • NetSuite accounting system experience
  • Proficient with excel, including xlookup, if functions, pivot tables
  • Experience working in fast growth company
  • Experience working in at an international, multi-entity, multi-currency company
  • Analytical, fast-learner, and motivated to self-educate
  • Able to identify and report relevant issues to management for timely and accurate resolution
  • Excellent attention to detail, note-taking, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks to meet collaborative deadlines and demands
  • Versatile, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and various levels of management as well as external contacts, with strong customer service orientation
  • Reliability with strong work ethic, maturity and professionalism to handle confidential data
