The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Contract Paralegal

NerdWallet seeks contract paralegals to assist with transitioning agreements from an old contract repository (Quickbase and Dropbox) into a new contract management system repository (Ironclad). Help is needed to review agreements and input relevant contract data points into Ironclad. Paralegal should have a solid knowledge of contract law and be able to understand contract 

To apply for Contract Paralegal, you must be:

• Detail-Oriented

• Able to work independently, but also able to collaborate with other paralegals and NerdWallet staff

• Excellent computer skills with Ironclad and Dropbox experience

• Stong communication skills

• High degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential and proprietary information

• Experience with contract administration

• Bachelor degree in Legal Management or any related course.
