Job description

We are growing rapidly and searching for experienced candidates for the position of data support. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.Responsibilities for data support

May act as lead, scheduling work, resolving escalated issues, reporting information to management
Identifies reoccurring and potential problems, formulates and implements process/controls and documents for prevention
Provide all levels of technical support on system issues
May be responsible for evaluation and scheduling of software upgrades, testing PTFs and general maintenance of system tools
Coordinate with business product developers and report back to group on any new enhancements or product releases
Constant review of application environments, notification of potential risks and implementing corrective measures

Qualifications for data support

Good understanding of recruiting process
Experience with a dimensional data model supporting a business intelligence and reporting environment
Proficient in designing multi-dimensional databases
Ability to interact with and support a data warehouse
