  • Support employee relations issues (grievances and disciplinary actions) and payroll/benefits administration in coordination with the outsourced accounting team

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR and Admin Executive to join our organization, People Profilers Bangkok Recruitment Co., Ltd. As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for providing overall HR and admin support to the Director and team of Consultants.

You will be tasked with managing the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. This will also include preparation of laptops and mobile phones for the new hires.

You will also be responsible for assisting with employee relations issues, such as employee grievances and disciplinary actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing support to the outsourced accounting team with payroll and benefits administration, as well as other HR-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English. You should possess the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You should also have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
