Experience as a QA manager in aerospace/space environments with system assurance and safety requirements.
Strong knowledge of ESA PA processes (AR/ NCR/ AR/RFD/RFW/CCR) and related governance (CCB, TRR/TRB).
Proficiency in reviewing and managing System documentation (AIV/ Test Plans, Qualification Plans, Test Cases/Procedures/Reports) and data analysis.
Excellent stakeholder coordination and reporting skills, with ability to collect statistics and perform trend analysis.
Requirements:
Attend ARBs and non-compliance/anomaly review boards; present and follow up NCRs/ARs from system testing and support root-cause analysis.
Support engineering on RFDs/RFWs with system-level impacts; analyze/evaluate changes; participate in CCB and maintain the RFD/RFW database with processing and reporting.
Prepare for ESA PA reviews: develop FRX status lists, collect statistics and trend analyses to improve RFD/RFW processes; issue RIDs and track mitigations to closure; support TRR/TRB reviews.
Contribute to System AIV Plans, Test Plans, Qualification Plans, Test Cases/Procedures/Reports; participate in test campaigns, on-site inspections, and post-inspection checks; provide weekly TAIS PA reports.

TAKS PERFORMED IN WP
To attend to the ARBs or any other non-compliance or anomaly review board as required, to present and follow up NCRs/Ars found during System testing, supporting the root cause analysis identification
Follow-up of the anomalies affecting the Ground Segment checking their closure
Supporting the engineering team on the RFDs/RFWs (with System level impacts) Analysis and Evaluation, participating to CCB
To support of ESA PA on the maintenance of the RFD/RFW database, its processing and its reporting
Prepare to ESA System FRX Status List Document for project reviews as required
To collect statistical information and trend analysis for reporting and to improve effectiveness of the RFD/RFW processes
To contribute to preparation and to participate to TRR and TRB checking the status of applicable NCR/AR/RFD/RFW/CCR/LL
To support ESA in the preparation of the system review data packages or other documents, issuing of RIDs, identification of critical areas and associated mitigations, follow-up of RIDs and the implementation of associated actions up to their closure

Participation to tests campaign at beginning and after SW problems has been corrected to check if the anomaly has been closed, being available for national and abroad mission
