Job description

WE ARE HIRING :Team Lead

Location: Qatar/UAE
Working Method : Remote
Working Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday

Experience: 4+ Years (including 2+ years in leadership roles)
Travel: May be required to travel to Qatar or UAE based on project allocation

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps to support banking-related automation projects.
Lead and mentor junior developers while contributing to solution design and architecture.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and project managers to deliver process automation solutions that align with client needs.
Ensure solutions adhere to banking compliance standards, security protocols, and technical documentation.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of automation workflows.
Provide regular status updates and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility to work on projects based in Qatar or UAE, including occasional travel as needed.

Requirements:

Power Automate/App certification Mandatory.
Minimum 4 years of experience in automation and app development, specifically within banking and finance domains.
At least 2 years of team leadership experience in similar projects.
Demonstrated expertise in reconciliation systems, billing platforms, and workflow automation.
Strong understanding of Power Platform tools and Microsoft ecosystem integration.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be available to work remotely in the Qatar/UAE time zone (9 AM 5 PM).
