As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll help manage our end-to-end social media process—from planning and copywriting to scheduling and briefing designers. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns for our awards, events, rankings, webcasts, and more.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and maintain social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media platforms, focusing strongly on LinkedIn and Meta (FB/IG).
Schedule content using Sendible, Hootsuite, or equivalent tools.
Brief and liaise with the Design Team to ensure the timely delivery of campaign creatives.
Ensure all social media plans align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and event timelines.
Incorporate URLs with tracking codes, campaign tags, and event hashtags in every post.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
Assist in running and managing paid social media campaigns when needed.
