Roles & Responsibilities

Experience engaging with ServiceNow stakeholders to define and scope requirements and identify issues.
Experience documenting requirements and analyzing changes required to ServiceNow.
Experience performing basic ServiceNow administration tasks (group/user updates, roles/permissions updates, and change request administration).
Experience with simple workflow development and non-scripting request development, plus UAT activities.

Requirements:

Engage with ServiceNow stakeholders to define and scope new requirements and identify issues.
Document requirements and analyze changes required to ServiceNow.
Perform basic ServiceNow administration tasks (group/user updates, roles/permissions updates, and change request administration) and assist with simple workflow and non-scripting request development.
Participate in UAT activities and document SOPs/guidance; coordinate with Portfolio/Project Managers on initiatives impacting ServiceNow.

Job description

Skills and Experience Required:

Engagement with the different Service now stakeholders to define and scope new requirements and identify issues.
Documentation of requirements and analysis of changes required to Service Now
Complete basic administration tasks for the Service Now application, including but not limited to:
Group/User updates
Roles/Responsibilities updates
Simple workflow development and Request development (non scripting)
Manage Service Now Change request administration
Perform basic administration tasks on Service now
Engage in UAT activities
Documenting Service now SOPs and guidance
Engage with Portfolio/Project Mangers for other projects which will impact Service Now.
