Job description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Client Representative, working remotely from Greece. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our German-speaking clients and our team, ensuring that their needs are understood and effectively addressed. Your German language skills will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, providing them with the assistance they require and guiding them through our services. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions for their inquiries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Document all interactions and keep accurate records in our database
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform improvements in services
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience in a customer support role is advantageous but not mandatory
