Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full software implementation cycle for Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to customize software solutions accordingly.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training for clients on the software's features and best practices.
  • Work in tandem with various departments to address and resolve any implementation hurdles promptly.
  • Maintain precise documentation of each implementation process and client interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback post-implementation to drive continuous improvement in services and solutions.
  • Stay informed on the latest software updates and trends to provide effective support to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, is a must.
  • Relevant experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of software applications.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and user support.
