  • Stay updated on company products and services to ensure precise information is provided to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or relevant support roles is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer skills.
