Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a position for a Norwegian Speaking Client Support Specialist. This role is tailored for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are ready to assist Norwegian-speaking clients with their inquiries in a friendly and effective manner.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, and account concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer prompt, effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meticulously document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and continuously improve customer experiences.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the support process based on client feedback.
  • Keep informed about product updates to provide clients with relevant and accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills aimed at achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and good general computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to providing remarkable customer service.
