Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and product information.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a smooth banking experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on any outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and improve service delivery.
  • Educate clients on banking procedures, new offerings, and digital banking solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback to help drive continuous improvement initiatives within the bank.
