Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding the online streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about account management, subscription plans, content availability, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems and enhance service quality.

  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or tech industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers in a user-friendly manner.
