Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Hospitality Service Consultant. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and who excel in delivering exceptional service to clients and guests.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients and guests in various hospitality settings.
  • Address inquiries, reservations, and service requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist clients with understanding hospitality services and amenities available to them.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of current hospitality trends and services to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document client interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of hospitality services and ability to convey information clearly to clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
