Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking an Italian Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is tailored for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and possess strong communication skills. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and technical issues to ensure a smooth user experience.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Italian-speaking customers by providing helpdesk support through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and systems.
  • Document all support requests and resolutions accurately in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Educate clients on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT support team members to escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Monitor ticket status and follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues.
  • Stay current on product updates and technological advancements to provide informed assistance.

Requirements
