Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Streaming Platform Support Representative to join our dedicated support team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting Norwegian-speaking users with their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience while using our streaming platform.   • Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking users through email, live chat, and phone, addressing inquiries related to the streaming service.

  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure user satisfaction and resolve any remaining concerns.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in the streaming or entertainment sector.
  • Understanding of streaming technologies and user interaction patterns.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
