Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Remote Support Specialist, based remotely in Greece. This position is perfect for those who excel in providing top-notch customer service and technical support to Dutch-speaking clients. As a remote support specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively resolving inquiries and technical issues.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent support to Dutch-speaking customers through various remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Provide clear guidance and walk customers through troubleshooting processes efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases and record all interactions accurately in the support management system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues quickly.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and to assess satisfaction with the service received.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry best practices to enhance your support capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the tech industry.
