Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Danish-speaking partners through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Address partner inquiries and efficiently resolve any service-related issues that arise.
  • Provide insights on product features and assist partners in leveraging our services to their benefit.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop effective resolutions.
  • Engage in proactive follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction levels are met.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to continually improve our support services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with IT systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
