Your expertise will be essential in enhancing client satisfaction and driving product engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, providing expert knowledge about our product offerings.
  • Analyze client requirements and recommend customized product solutions that align with their business strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance product offerings based on client feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor products to offer timely and relevant insights to clients.
  • Support clients throughout the product implementation process and address any queries or challenges they may encounter.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, ideally in product advisory, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of product solutions, digital landscapes, and market developments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on providing solutions to client needs.
