In this position, you will engage with Swedish-speaking clients to understand their IT challenges and develop customized solutions that improve their technology landscape and business efficiency.

Responsibilities

Act as a consultant to Swedish-speaking clients, identifying their unique IT needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of client requirements and prepare tailored IT strategy proposals.
Facilitate product demonstrations and training to ensure clients are equipped to utilize recommended IT solutions effectively.
Work closely with technical teams to guarantee the successful implementation and integration of IT services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Keep abreast of emerging IT trends and technologies to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in IT consulting, technical support, or a client-facing role focused on IT solutions.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing customer service and satisfaction.
