  • Support clients throughout the implementation of product solutions, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in product advisory, sales, or technical support.
  • Solid understanding of product solutions, digital services, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple clients effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
