Are you a Norwegian speaker?

We are looking for Norwegian Customer Support Consultants to join the dynamic team. Are you a TV shows fan? Start your career in Greece and work remotely all over the country!

What you will do:

  • Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
  • Answering how-to questions about payment
  • Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
  • Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix

Requirements

  • Native Norwegian speaker
  • Fluency in English
  • Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Being a TV shows fan will be considered as an extra asset!
  • Relocation to Greece
  • EU Passport holder
