Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to help verify, organize, and maintain hotel ownership information nationwide. This role is key in supporting our brokerage and marketing operations through accurate data management, research, and client outreach.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and verify hotel ownership details using platforms such as CoStar, LexisNexis, and ClientLook
  
• Update and maintain CRM records with accurate property ownership and contact information
  
• Conduct cold calls to hotels and ownership groups to confirm or obtain missing data
  
• Assist in creating marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and simple graphics to support outreach and investor engagement
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and brokerage teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective data-driven communication

Requirements

• Strong research and communication skills, with confidence in making cold calls
  
• Experience using Excel and CRM systems; familiarity with CoStar or LexisNexis is a plus
  
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  
• Interest in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
