Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive recruiting support professional to assist with sourcing, candidate coordination, and talent pipeline management. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, dependable, and comfortable collaborating closely with stakeholders while managing recruiting-related tasks independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate outreach and maintain organized recruiting workflows
• Assist with interview coordination and scheduling
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing documentation
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Support recruiting operations and talent pipeline management initiatives
• Contribute ideas, provide thoughtful input, and collaborate effectively with the team

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is required
• Previous recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or coordination experience preferred
• Legal recruiting experience is not required
• Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and adaptable
• Comfortable providing constructive feedback and professionally communicating differing perspectives when appropriate
• Strong commitment to team decisions and ability to execute effectively once alignment is established

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• Backup Device:
• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• Must be functional during power interruptions.

• Peripherals and Workspace:
• A functioning webcam.
• A noise-canceling USB headset.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space.
• A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
