  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Our Supply Chain Early Career Program inspires and guides recent graduates through career-shaping experiences. Program graduates have the foundations to make innovative contributions to our future. 

Take your career to the next level

Our Early Careers program produces leaders capable of meeting challenges facing Supply Chain and Health, Safety and Environment. This two-year program consists of rotational assignments in Supply Chain roles combined with formal classroom training. You will also undertake projects, allowing you to build leadership and functional skills.

As part of our Early Careers Program, you will be responsible for:

  • Working on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, HSE and services operations

  • Participating in structured career development, receiving coaching, and mentoring and on-the job-learning to create opportunities for career acceleration.

  • Attending a significant supply-chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS and Supply Chain processes 

  • Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leader

  • Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in all related to Engineering & professional knowledge of business knowledge will be a plus

  • Open to graduating interns, current employees, fresh graduates, and former interns

  • Have some basic skills about leadership & logic thoughts, if you have joined in some leader activities in campus, that will be a plus. 

  • Have a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0or equivalent 

  • Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have effective communication skills 

  • Be open to Shanghai, Suzhou, Tianjin, Beijing, Changzhou

  • Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions.
