Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist focused on Instagram and TikTok (heavy user).
  • Ability to manage end-to-end Instagram operations including content creation, stories, reels, calendar planning, copywriting, strategy, and analytics.
  • Strong storytelling and content production skills to translate topics into dynamic, trend-aligned content with high viral potential.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics, adjust strategies, and collaborate with design, branding, and YouTube to maintain integrated communication.

Requirements:

  • Manage 100% of the Instagram operation (content, stories, reels, calendar, copy, strategy, analytics).
  • Create creative and current content aligned with trends, memes, and cultural movements across social platforms.
  • Map daily trends and opportunities across platforms to inform strategy.
  • Create scripts, storyboards, and creative directions for video content.

Responsabilidades

Gerenciar 100% da operação de Instagram (conteúdo, stories, reels, calendário, copy, estratégia, análise).

Criar conteúdos criativos e atuais, alinhados às trends, memes e movimentos culturais das redes.

Transformar temas e pautas em conteúdos dinâmicos, atrativos e com alta chance de viralização.

Mapear tendências e oportunidades diariamente nas plataformas.

Criar scripts, roteiros e direções criativas para conteúdos em vídeo.

Analisar métricas, acompanhar performance e ajustar estratégias continuamente.

Trabalhar em parceria com design, branding e YouTube para manter a comunicação integrada.

Sugerir novas estratégias, formatos e abordagens alinhadas ao comportamento atual do público.
