Roles & Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record in SaaS and consultative selling
  • Senior in the US retail and e-commerce landscape with understanding of market dynamics, key players, buying cycles, and drivers of value for US retailers and brands
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise and mid-market deals end-to-end, from pipeline development to close

Requirements:

  • Own and drive revenue growth across the Americas region from pipeline development to close for SaaS and consultative B2B sales
  • Lead end-to-end sales for complex enterprise and mid-market deals, translating customer pain into business outcomes and securing long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans, build a robust sales pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver customer value and optimize the sales process in a fully remote/async environment

As we continue to grow in the The Americas markets , we’re seeking a Sales Director to own and drive revenue across this region.

This role is for you if you…

  • You have 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in SaaS and consultative selling.

  • You are very senior in the US retail and e-commerce landscape — you understand market dynamics, key players, buying cycles, and what drives value for retailers and brands in the USA.

  • You speak and write fluent English

  • You have proven experience leading complex enterprise and mid-market deals end-to-end, from pipeline build to close.

  • You’ve consistently hit and exceeded revenue targets in competitive markets.

  • You are a strategic thinker who can translate customer pain into business outcomes and long-term partnerships.

  • You’re comfortable working fully remote and async, using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and modern sales enablement stacks.

  • You’re a self-starter who thrives on ownership, pace, and building something bigger than yourself.

  • Need layers of process or someone to constantly tell you what to do
