Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in either event management or corporate gifting. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the specified industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, procurement, and administrative departments.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 2 to 4 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the event management or corporate gifting industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent networking abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with administrative teams to facilitate smooth project implementation.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
