Marketing Associate - Database

This is a remote position.

The purpose of this application form is to gather potential talent for future job openings. 

You will support a Chief Marketing Officer in driving growth for software companies by handling impactful responsibilities and learning both high-level strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Support inbound, outbound, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  
• Conduct competitive research to inform campaigns and positioning.
  
• Track marketing attribution and measure impact.
  
• Perform SEO research to guide content production.
  
• Create and manage Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  
• Develop content for campaigns and assist with project coordination.
  

Requirements

• Education/Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  
• 2-3 years of marketing experience (PPC, copywriting, marketing management, etc.).
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite; HubSpot experience a plus.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a marketing "superpower" to deliver immediate value.
  
• Strong systems and process thinker, able to create order from chaos.
  
• Curious, eager to learn, and always striving to improve.
  
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  
• Creative with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Focused on adding value to every task, project, or process.
  
• Skilled at writing concise, impactful copy that simplifies complex ideas.
  
• Eye for design and able to produce clean, professional deliverables.
