Job description

As an Account Manager, you will serve as a crucial bridge between the clients and the business. This candidate will support clients in achieving their business goals by fostering strong relationships, minimizing churn, and implementing strategies for success. They guide customers through their journey, provide updates, answer questions, and collaborate with the team to resolve concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and track client retention goals.

  • Assist clients in understanding analytics and ad accounts.
  • Promote and upsell additional services.
  • Enhance customer experience through valuable interactions.
  • Develop training materials for client education.

  • Attend meetings on time, virtually or in person.
  • Meet deadlines efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Comply with safety regulations and attend required safety meetings.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience working with multiple clients and promoting value through customer experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing.
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • A communications or marketing degree is a plus
