As a Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting financial operations, managing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Key Responsibilities:

·       Support daily accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

·       Handle accounts payable & receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.

·       Prepare and review payroll entries, including salary calculations and benefits deductions.

·       Assist with budget reconciliation, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial data.

·       Monitor and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

·       Provide support for audits, grant tracking, and compliance reporting.

·       Manage department documents, ensuring organized filing and record-keeping.
