·         Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant actively participate in development / expansion of MS Dynamics solutions for the various business areas across Europe.

Your tasks

·         Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM - Advising customers on technical issues 365. ​​

·         Complete Business analysis & process consulting.

·         Requirements gathering

·         Process design using common design methods and tools.

·         Implementation and customising of processes in the energy industry with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions based on Dynamics Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, Marketing)
